I have a client who is moving to Monterey this summer to attend Army language school and will need to find a decent gym there. She is a pretty decent lifter.

I'd like to find the person that took this population measurement and started applying it to individuals and punch them in the throat.

The BMI is a public health tool meant only to measure populations. It is of zero use in measuring individuals. I don't know whose bright idea it was to start applying it to individuals, and then starting to tell them they need to gain or lose weight based on the measurement.

I finished the book. 47% of it was footnotes. Basically, dogs love us and we love dogs. Always knew that, but it's nice to have a bunch of sciency stuff to back it up.

Great book if you like and are interested in dogs. It gets a little "sciency" at times but is entertaining enough to be engaging. Dogs are awesome.

You all are young. I've lost quite a few beloved dogs in 50 years. Dogs live 8-15 or so years, and do more good on this planet in 8-15 yrs than I will for as long as I live. When your dog dies, honor him or her by adopting a dog who needs a home. You will never regret it. I promise.
