Re: Life After Facebook: What's Next for Us?
I think there is something about being able to express your opinion to hundreds and thousands of people that makes you think you have an opinion worth expressing. It isn't.

For all the detail some people will put into their coffee brewing, I wonder how much results in an actual detectable flavor increase. I used to make a point of wetting down my filters to avoid putting a paper flavor into my coffee. I would be rushed a few times and skipped that step and realized it ...

A picture doesn't show everything. I am sure there are guys facing in while others face out. I don't remember any SOP stating this from my days of carrying a weapon and disrupting people's day, it was just what made for common sense.

Assuming you didn't go to a ghetto elementary school, your playground had a seesaw that had an adjustable pivot point. Want to play on the seesaw with your fat friend? You have to adjust the pivot point. Same goes for using the seesaw with your sickly friend that weighed 20 pounds less than everyone...

Because they say things that are already in line with my beliefs. And when they do say things that are not quite within my beliefs, I have either expanded on my beliefs or I discard them for the next guy.

"You might beat me but you won't out work me." There is nothing wrong with this if saying it to yourself helps you get the required work done, but beyond the purpose of motivational mantras and titles for motivational posters is a largely worthless idea. I am not aware of any competitions ...

I managed to snag a pair in size 10 off of ebay for a total of$24. I appreciate you looking though. These shoes are the bees knees when it comes to benching. At least for me anyways.

I had a pair, I didn't realize how awesome they were for benching until I had the heal removed and can't find them now. Anyone have a pair in 10.5 mens that they want to part with? The higher the heel the better.

Re: Recommend some self-help/self-improvement books?
I am a fan of Getting Things Done. The book is over 200 pages but could be distilled down to 40 high quality pages, but who shells out money for a 40 page book? It is an organizational strategy built around lists. If you are big into writing lists it might be good for you. If you think writing lists...

Do these universally suck or just the ones around me? I am in one for welding, half way through a 10 month course and it sucks beyond belief. In our welding lab we receive zero instruction. We rely on each other, the internet, which looking for welding advice online is like tap dancing through a min...

Does anyone have any opinions on this? I am looking for something that functions as a laptop and tablet and this looks interesting. Apparently Windows RT doesn't support macros in Office so the regular Surface is out for me.

There was one in Texas (Dallas?) that was sued at least a few years ago for an injury. I think it involved someone hurt doing box jumps. The first video of this guy's I saw I was laughing at, it was a 600 or so bench for reps. Then I looked more into it and realized I was laughing at someone who is far from all there. He believes he has broken Andy Bolton's deadlift record because he did some variation of a car deadlift that was 1035...
