Tech Question: Mailing List Merging

Any free app or software that will merge and clean three Mailchimp email lists? I know Mailchimp will do it, but you have to not mail anything for 10 days and I'm trying to be regular with weekly tips.

I played with Never Bounce, but they immediately go to "Pay" mode.

Re: Working legs without squats or machines

Airborne Lunge as well. It's safe and diagnostic. You can scale it by limiting depth...putting something under the floating knee.

Plantar issues. Do two handed swings or cleans barefoot on carpet. The ballistic jolt will start to heal the plantar. It is just subtle and cumulative. I had neuroma issues and that fixed what the podiatrist could not.

Manage hormones at any age. 1. Sleep properly. 2. Limit alcohol 3. Cardio Health including diet. 4. Some sort of stress reduction to include aerobics or meditation. As per chemistry. 1. Re: Training Log to Immortality

After I hit 10 sets on the current exercises I am doing on the AoW program I will jump back on the GB Foundations program since they have got everything more organized with it now. This was the reason I quit doing it and switched to AoW. I am really enjoying AoW though. You are doing it by the book...

Re: Training Log to Immortality

-Also, if you are familiar with the AoW program, you will notice that I am doing only a two arm push rather than a one arm push along with a two arm push. The reason for this is because of my touchy shoulders. I started the program with one arm push-ups and fixed position dips but dropped them due ...

Re: Isaac Hays Template/2 Day Strength Routine

If you are not training for a real sport or a competitive lifting sport (and I include BBing in this), the things you will and can do regularly are the key. This is an excellent point. It doesn't matter how supremely optimal something is if you never do it. Kind of summarizes the Isaac Hayes Templa...

One legged postures are a simple, good, tool. Very common to martial arts and very worthwhile.

Re: Programming prowler pushes and farmer walks etc

My 2 cents. Since I pushed huge road boxes [3500 pounds plus] for most of my career, I found pushes silly. Now that I don't do theater work.. I find it important. Another thing on carries. Suitcase carries fix quadratus lumborum issues. If the QL goes silent you can't walk. Do the math. So I'd highl...

Alberto Gallazzi [sp?] Is going to be in Austin, Texas this year. I like his presentations on Youtube. Worthwhile to do it in person if you live down that way.
