I agree that this is mostly a waste of time, and if you're failing to get jacked and tan with free weights maybe the physical life just isn't for you. Would add back in work with Jumpstretch bands WAY before I ever fucked with this IsoChain boosheet.

A stick, a chain, some caribiners, and a block of wood. Heavy spring and industrial quality hanging scale are optional. I think even a clueless handyman retard like myself could cobble this thing together for less than $50 with all the options.

We both do hip belt squats using two blocks, about the size of a box squat box. Cheap as fuck. 40KG is probably good for something. in the hi rep category (25 plus). https://www.amazon.com/Spud-Loading-Olympic-Plates-Pulldowns/dp/B0125CU38E/ref=asc_df_B0125CU38E/?tag=bingshoppinga-20&linkCode=df0&h...

I gave Q&D a serious run a few months back. I got a sprained hip and slightly better conditioning. Should have just stuck with my bag work and muscle beach barbell sodomy. For a guy that knows so much about training, he sure as fuck looks a lot like Jeff Goldblum from the neck down. "I don't eat chi...

Re: Canelo vs Kovalev

Yes, I am favoring Canelo in this fight. I think we are a long way off from the Krusher days. He was knocked out badly three fights ago, and Yarde (a guy that he should have soundly beaten inside of 5 rounds) had him out on his feet at one point. I honestly think Yarde was a little star struck, and ...

Re: Canelo vs Kovalev

Yes, I believe Alvarez can beat him. Kovalev has shown to be vulnerable to the body, and very few in the game today go as viciously to the body as Canelo. If Canelo were a pure head hunter, I would see this fight differently. As it stands, Canelo has the right downstairs/upstairs game to make someth...

Re: America's Delusional Elite Is Done

I saw that today and it's an incredibly fair and lucid assessment. I have no idea who BAP really is, but he seemed to drop the internet persona for a minute and really wrote that from the core of his genuine socio-political beliefs. Whoever he is, it's evident from his writings that he is either a h...

Re: Yakutian peg-top

Amongst Asians, I am a great admirer of two main groups. First, the people of Japan. Perhaps a more savage race has never existed which has tamed this same savagery through culture steeped in honor, duty, and civility. Second, the steppe pastoralists such as the Mongols, Yakuts, and their ilk. They ...

Saw this a week ago in Dallas while traveling for business. The obvious centerpiece to this film is Joaquin and his tour de force character study of the Joker. Unfortunately, I believe that if you take him out of this film then what you are mainly left with is a cringe compilation. While it never le...

We should also fight like hell to revoke their right to vote, which helped lead to this kind of dumb shit.

I think he's Sinatra's kid, as well. However, rearing can overcome the blood, and he spent a lot of time around a pedo filmmaker.
