Solid workout today. Just picked two exercises and focused on doing them well: Box Jumps 10x5x36 inches (easy height as I can do 3 reps or so at 44 inches but just high enough to really work on form. 2 questions: What advantage do you find with doing pullups to sternum? Or is it just your way of doing them? Do you find much carryover with KB presses to BB military? Nice work on the DL btw.
