Re: Burn it all down

I should just change this log to "A case for euthanasia". Wrenched my back last Wednesday. Only consistent health issue on my dad's side is back problems. My "core" is so strong, I rarely have an issue, but it happens. Hips are all fucked up because of the low back pain. Now the left knee is sore an...

Re: Let's Get Into Sharpening

That guy is cool. I'm surprised the knife was so heavily rusted without any major pitting on the blade. Can't tell what cleaner he's using. Maybe the Japanese version of Barkeeper's Friend? His other video sharpening that $1 knife is a lot of fun. For those wondering, I think that knife is actually ...

Re: Mayweather vs McGregor

I'm pretty surprised this got put together. $$$,$$$,$$$ aside, McGregor is putting his MMA career at risk with the beating he will take. His people are not looking out for him. McGregor can retire after this fight and there really aren't that many MMA fights that will give him the payday he wants. ...

Re: Burn it all down

Quick run with a pause in the middle for 6 strides x 20sec each, walk back to start point. A little over 6km total. Definitely had a little bug or something going on last week. Even though I didn't do much for a couple days, I felt a lot better than last week. Also got that pop I mentioned earlier. ...

Re: Burn it all down

Mobility work and dick around with some dumbbell bullshit. Groin is getting more fucked. Thing is, I'll get a "pop", and all discomfort will go away. Sometimes, the pain and discomfort goes away instantly. Finally decided not to be such a fucking retard and restart my fight with my insurance to get ...

Uh, yeah. It's bad for your health to take a knee to the dome.

Time 0520 3.7 km @ meh pace. Felt good. Get to see some animals now and then. Coyote on the golf course was weird. Also saw some ducks freaking out, then realized one of them seemed to have done serious damage to another duck. Had it by the neck and looked like it was trying to finish it off. Just l...

Trump family sources tell us Barron was in front of the TV watching a show when the news came on and he saw the bloody, beheaded image. We're told he panicked and screamed, "Mommy, Mommy!" As it was put to us, "He's 11. He doesn't know who Kathy Griffin is and the head she was holding resembled his...
