Mess around day, pullups and sandbag, 140#.

Just cleans, holds and some presses w/ the bag.

Probably 15-16 pullups on the rings total. Singles w/ a pause at top.

Cleaned KB handle w/ 100# once each arm. Surprisingly easy, but the damn thing is so awkward w/ that much weight, I won't be doing it regularly.

My wife's firm is moving into a new building that is across the street from the local Gold's Gym, so we have a 1 week free membership. Consequently, I did squats for the first time in 3 years.
