No one cares about my excuses; but I think everyone in our house was pretty rocked by the death "near" the family, last Sept, that I referenced here: http://www.irongarmx.net/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=228883&start=425#p880272 Obvsly stepdaughter. If the doc starts to write you a scrip for a certain number of sessions, ask if she can write it for more, like half again as much. Take advantage. Do not half-ass the...

Re: Random Things I've Been Adding

What about some upper back exercises you like? Beyond the usual rows and chins? BD recommended this in the Face Pulls thread , and Syaagh seconded it in some other context: ...should be on everyone's list ... Incline Bench DB Rows with a hold. i think these do what Face Pulls purport to do but in a...

1. Tibialis Anterior work This is an exercise I've debated including for a decade or more. But I recently had a couple dates with a physical therapist and she said every single client she includes calf work with also has to train the tibialis anterior. She said the first line of defense for older p...

Ok, I'm 3 or 4 workouts into this, and – I like it. Quite a bit actually. ... I can definitely see an increase in power. My shadowboxing is faster and more crisp. I've laid off the heavy bag for a couple of weeks, and we'll see how that feels when I get back to it. My chest, arms, legs, and glutes ...

The Iron King (1955) by Maurice Druon. First in a seven-book series of French historical novels collectively called The Accursed Kings (“Les Rois Maudits”). Intel's "next unit of computing" is a mini-PC, about 4 inches by 4 inches square. There's a "short" one about an inch-&-a-half high, and a "tall" one about 2 inches high. Both versions have a bay for an M2 drive; the tall one also has a bay for a 2.5" hard drive. Some versions of the tall one use th...
