1-27-10 Apparently the "core blaster" workout shouldnt be done by anyone who needs to move the next day. Or sit, stand, move in any way ect... If it hurt Bas Rutten what was I thinking? Hehe! David - it sounds like you are getting to know your body much better here lately - certainly a good thing for longevity in sport and heath in general. I think mixing things up the way are are now is a very good thing - I can't believe at our age that we can continue to stress the same systems consta...
