Get started with the Great Illustrated Classics for your kids and get them hooked early. My boy still talks about Oliver Twist. Made a real impact on him.

What did the kb s&c circuit consist of? The Kb S&C circuit is 5 5:00 EDT sessions of the following moves: snatch, rack squat, C&P, swing, push press. Felt little sick at the end of the rower session but the wind generated by the airdyne brought me back to life. Diet is on track and fat is falling off.
