Spent most of the weekend tearing down my deck and working outside, felt tired and unmotivated today. Sleep was crappy as well last night. Went to the park today and done sprints. They were supposed to be at 70% but I managed around 50% to 60%. Hammies were very tight.

100 yd sprints

Man I got behind, the last last couple of weeks really sucked as far as training.
