Just picked up Germinal on the ereader and I'm really enjoying it.

It's my first Zola novel but I'm already thinking of wading into his Les Rougon-Macquart series.

I played a lot of d&d back in the day.

Last year I read the Gary Gygax biography Empire of Imagination. He was an interesting character.

He invented the game, and then got thrown out of the company in the eighties. The American dream!

And he's a spitting image of his grandpa.

Bad Brains and the Devo Hardcore Tour were both great, but Hank 3 was hands down the best live show I've seen.
