Eddie Bauer Customer Service
I have to give two big thumbs up to Eddie Bauer's customer service. I ordered several pairs of shorts from them for vacation yesterday and picked the regular shipping. I did the math today and realized with regular shipping there would be no way they'd be here before I left. I called customer service and they cancelled the first order, did a reorder with priority shipping FOR FREE! and tossed me a 20% off coupon.
