2 hours of Rippetoe instructing the SQ, DL, PR and BP. The bulk of the DVD is MR giving pointers to 8 or so different lifters from a 99# Xfit hottie to some guy in his 50s. This obviously includes a wide variety of body types. Lots of good info and well worth the $$.
