Black belt in fitness

I can't believe it took this long.
In order for an individual to progress from one level to the next, they must participate in a fitness test that uses specific exercises to determine strength within the exercises’ respective muscle groups.

There is also a conditioning portion required for each level’s advancement.

Through scientific testing and months of development in the FitRanX™ system, these exercises have been proven to allow an individual to demonstrate personal fitness growth in each major muscle group, as well as cardiovascular conditioning.

As an individual passes through the FitRanX™ levels, they wear the RanX Band™ color of their corresponding fitness level whenever they are at your facility or out in town.

At the highest level, Level 8, they get ...

Here is the system:

Has a similar feel to it...

You'll save big bucks on marketing because your program will be the talk of the town

It's a dumb idea, but it's downfall is that it's NOT DUMB ENOUGH to become a worldwide sensation with tens of millions of dollars in sales.

Back to the drawing board.

They only have level two numbers, but they don't stack up to what I have seen: 40 Pushups and 30 Goblet Squats with the 26 seems push heavy. But, I don't know: Bench Dips for 25 seems pretty good for a two, but then the row is really not much too it.

Do they bow when they enter the gym?

I don't know, some douches I met at the iFast seminar had some kind of rating system for their clients like that, Danny J might know who they are but they were clearly super awesome at marketing and going to seminars and really not so awesome at actually knowing training shit

Wow. :-s

If you can get people to go along with it, with there being some continuing acquisition of skills and understanding of what the fuck ever system you have and your not going L.Ron Rashnis- Koresh on them, then God bless you.

It's what is done with MA, for better or worse, for less or more.

It seems ghey as fuck at first and it's a bit of a smack to real, earned Black belts but no more than RKC Combat Application Specialist.

This on the day I tie Orange belts around 2 kids waist, a rank I created in our system because we had no separate youth ranks and kids sure as fuck don't get adult ranks.

I think this guy's problem is the idea is too cute by half, to much hokey?

So who'd win in a fight, an 8th degree black belt in Stripmall-Do, or a black bracelet in FitX?

Whatever it takes to motivate people, I guess. Seems more logical and well rounded than @fit.
I don't have a lot of experience with vampires, but I have hunted werewolves. I shot one once, but by the time I got to it, it had turned back into my neighbor's dog.
