Me too.

Really experienced usefulness from this place. The "Right Now I'm Reading" and "Right Now I'm Drinking" threads alone did me a lot of good and provided me a lot of fun. I've met some very cool people from here in RL too.

Syaigh got me to my maximum deadlift and I learned a ton from the Training Forum.

People I almost never agree with have helped me look at issues from a different perspective in the FSF

The Facebook format doesn't allow for clear following of a topic and always requires a discretion unnecessary here. It's terrible for training logs.

Maybe IGx has run its course. Maybe this is just a hibernation.

I don't have a lot of experience with vampires, but I have hunted werewolves. I shot one once, but by the time I got to it, it had turned back into my neighbor's dog.

yes

but hey, if reprobates like shape, nafod and, you, donkey, can continue to avoid the authorities and keep posting, i'll probably linger like a rank smell in the locker room.

i mean, if seeahill can be brought back to life, perhaps igx can.

tits would be a good start.

did you read about how the brain goes on working after you have died, so that you are aware you are dead after you have died?

perhaps that's what is happening here.

p.s. although turd's post suggests he's got brain damage more that residual brain activity post-mortem.

It's a good place for a training log as far as I'm concerned, but discussion about training is pretty slim around here.

This place is like an old couple at a restaurant, eating without talking. Fights have been fought, points of view discussed, idiots sorted from geniuses. The state of Zen. Eternal "Yeah, whatever..." Nirvana.

I don't know about Nirvana, I just can't think of anything much to post anymore.

Lift weights = get stronger
Do something explosive = get faster
Eat more = get bigger
Stretch/do yoga = get more flexible

etc, etc.
