I am not trained enough to evaluate the science. Or if this guy is worth listening to. So, this is not an endorsement. But I found a lot of interesting stuff in here. Fwiw (not much) I believe Chronic Disease is a dietary problem. And, our medical system is incredible at dealing with acute issues but terrible at the Chronic stuff.
