"Black Book of Training Secrets" -Thibadeau

Post by The Venerable Bogatir X »

I borrowed a copy of this from a buddy.

Like every other book, there's nothing new in there, just CT's twist on things. Interesting charts and lots of ways to make your training very complicated.

The most interesting part of the book was how he used the oly lifts and their variations as the core of his programs. I was going to say that's unique, but I guess it's old school redux and perhaps similar to some of today's football training programs.

Buy it if you want to teach yourself OLY lifts and then use them to become bigger and stronger and/or you like having a hard copy for your training library. Otherwise, there is much more relative information at Dan John's site--including his ebook.
