Pickle the prunes. My dad makes his own. Think just lemon juice and salt.

Dude shits like no one I know. Impressive enough my mom banished him from their master bathroom when I was in high school. Made him use what was supposed to be my bathroom.

I forgot about Chia Seeds. I had some hipster chia seed drink from whole foods in the spring and shit my brains out.

For the price of said Whole Foods Hipster drink, one can go to Costco and get a 2# bag of actual Chia Seeds, blend/ground them at home with some water, and add to any and every -thing.

Chia seeds..make sure to let them fully gel, it takes about 10 minutes of soaking. In a blender, disregard.

Or, psyllium seed husk at night

Running. At least for me.

No other physical activity guarantees mission accomplishment for getting the system moving like running. No idea why.

Doing good. Still throwing the bells around and trying to stay in the game. I lurk here fairly often, don't post much. I miss the kettlebell
wars of 2007. I was in your neck of the wood about a month ago. I couldn't believe the growth in that area. I didn't recognize highway 41.

Yeah, there is a lot of commercial/retail and housing development going on. If you haven't been to Excelsior in awhile, you will be equally stunned and impressed.

I've found that too- the last time I jogged regularly I made sure to take a couple laps around the block before I'd go very far from my apartment, because I'd usually need a pit stop.
