Now live in Kalilingrad, its the western edge of Russia.
It is civilized town, almost no any stray dogs, and remaining are with tags in ears.

Former East Prussia. Long time ago Euler posed the "Bridges of Konigsberg" problem. Unfortunately the Russians blew some of the bridges. The problem doesn't quite work these days.

Sure hope that it doesn't happen. This country went apeshit after 9/11, a limited nuclear attack would probably make us really crazy.
