I wonder if the longevity followers, past and present follow this guy? He's cropping up a lot in my algorithms.
I honestly thought he was doing well for being in his 50s, but just found out now he's 45. Millions of dollars to look like that at 45? Makes me more impressed by Mike O'Hearn. There's something about some treatments to look younger that age you...I swear.
Seems like a spiritually bereft, neuro divergent "I can't die, what will become of my empire?!" entrepreneur types. Left his wife when she was undergoing breast cancer treatment. Gets a lot of kudos for being a good dad though.

Bryan Johnson’s daily routine
His fascination led him to adhere to a strict approach with the goal of reversing aging with the help of a team of 30 from nutritionists to MRI specialists. He undergoes daily body fat scans, routine MRIs, and often, invasive blood and stool sample tests to see the biological age of his organs.
He has 100 different protocols embedded in his day, he says. Johnson consumes a precise 1,977 calories a day, and over 70 pounds of vegetables a month. His breakfast is a standard mix of broccoli, cauliflower, black lentils, mushroom, garlic, and ginger, followed by a meal of “nutty pudding” with nuts and berries, and finally, a meal of vegetables, berries, nuts, and seeds (along with 15 grams of 100% dark chocolate and 30 milliliters of extra virgin olive oil). He admits to ending his three ounces of red wine a day he used to consume in order to meet the metrics.
With a wakeup at 4:30 each morning, Johnson completes 35 different exercises and takes a list of supplements. It has all been a part of his Blueprint Project, where he measures the health of his organs to determine his rate of aging. He says he plans to continue this regimen forever.
no thank you.

Cripes... That's a lot of work that could go poof the next time he's on the road and some texting asshole runs into him (which is true for us all btw).

The goal is to make his life so tedious and miserable that it feels like forever.

He's had some very interesting interviews and is one of the few people actually measuring stuff. Lot of "bio hackers" out there spouting woo and bro science. This guy actually brings it.
It's definitely not for me, but it's pretty remarkable.
Left his wife when she was undergoing breast cancer treatment.
That's his fiancee, and she made the claim during a lawsuit. Not entirely unbiased reporting.

Who determines if aging is reversed? What are the metrics? Comparing someone to the average unhealthy American? President Kennedy looked and acted really healthy but was quite unhealthy with Addison's disease. I doubt he'd have been elected if the public knew his health problems. You can be healthier, but you're not any younger with significant passage of time. Have I really reversed my age and am younger than when I lay on the floor for a year and a half depressed and did no exercise from Jan 2020 and got extremely weak? I'm now healthier and stronger but am no fuckin younger. I think the idea of age reversal is a marketing scam. YMMV

GS, where’s your training log? You still playing golf?
Lenny, all this talk of age-reversing makes me think I need to enjoy more sunsets, pet more puppy dogs, and stop giving a shit so much about perfect health, this, that or the other.

You raise a really great point. Healthy habits can't overcome 3 years of linear ageing time?
Also, Kennedy was roided out on Halotestin etc. Blew my mind when I saw what he was being prescribed. Having that shit coursing through you when you have to be diplomatic...amazing no nukes were launched.

They came awfully close to destroying planet earth for humanity. Fortunately, Premier Nikita Khrushchev of the Soviet Union backed down and removed the missiles.
