WTF, piracy Monday? Ross doesn't exactly overcharge for his stuff. There's no reason to encourage people to pirate it.

How can someone be giving away these materials ? I believe they are copyrighted.

IME, Ross provides excellent products at VERY reasonable prices. If his work is being pirated, that is just plain wrong.

Second to Spells and Cayenne. Ross is a straight ahead guy. No reason to rip him off.

Sorry, I did have to delete that. That's something that happens every so often and is deleted every so often, Twinrage.

The issue being that it is copyrighted material, and Ross Enamait is a stand up guy who delivers one of the best values in training info for your discretionary dollar.

I think I've asked this before, but if I were to purchase one of those, would you suggest Infinite Intensity if I already owned gym equipment and considered myself "never gymless"?

Could someone sum up the contents of those programs? Thanks.

Infinite Intensity is a low tech approach to mixed modal training. IIRC, sandbags and med ball construction is covered, but that's not all it uses.

Never Gymless is a bodyweight book.

Both detail the long term approach Ross uses. Essentially, Ross codifies and periodizes workouts that could be considered "crossfit-like" only using logic and intelligent exercise choice coupled with your goals.

I have nothing but good things to say about Ross Enamait and his products, and have been a customer of his since his second book, the Underground Guide to Warrior Fitness.

It's rare when someone receives unanimous high praise from Igxers. I've been meaning to pick up some of his stuff for years - I'll get on it.

All that and a bag of chips. Plus, it isn't exactly hard to find a friend willing to share their copy with you.

Ross took the time to give me great/honest info about his products and which one I really needed (instead of saying I need all three products). I was very impressed and bought the set anyway as they are a great addition to the training library.
Shipped promptly with a covering letter to Australia.
Ross is customer focused and delivers value for money. This should be rewarded.

Yes. Ross is classy, generous with his information, and has a well-thought out product line. My only knock on him is that he doesn't have enough products right now for me to buy.

Seriously, I bought some t-shirts because I felt he was undercharging for his other products.

Ha, I bought a T-shirt too for same reason.
Looking forward to see what Ross produces next.

See comment about Maxwell's shit. The world is moving against nonsense like intellectual property especially when it comes to BS like showing how to do a burpee or banging a sledgehammer against a tire.

If you have a problem with the above never link a copyrighted youtube clip or unattributed photo.

Well as long as he's OK with you then let's delete threads.

Jews,

Really what are the real legal ramifications of pointing to an electronic copy of something that may not ever be read and mere digital copy.

I'll answer: finding that needle in this shit stack, nothing.

Fuck many rely on that kinda viral downloading to spread their product to bring further business to their websites.

Dunno why Shaf gets to decide which "illegal" downloads are allowed here and which are not.

Happens all the time here. Every time someone posts a youtube link of copyrighted material or posts more than a few lines of a copyrighted article or an unattributed photo.

How is this different?

Once you upload to youtube, you no longer "own" the rights to the video.

Posting lines from a copyrighted article, with an accompanying link pointing back to the source would probably fall under fair use.

at least that's my understanding, I may be wrong.

I am hardly excited. Just pointing out hypocrisy.

A lot of the youtube vids are uploaded by those who are not owners of the content. As far as I know, knowingly distributing material which has been illegally distributed is illegal as well.
