I looked for this book on OCLC WorldCat, which is a "complete calatogue of of selected libraries worldwide." This database is not comprehensive, but it's pretty dang big.

Why Die? is held in 73 libraries worldwide, 71 of which are in Australia. The other two are in the Library of Congress, and in the British Library Reference Collections.

LOL

That sounds about right.

Maybe I'll find it in digital format one of these days.

I'm still tracking along using my own bastardized version of this.

Going to attempt to add in some strongman style work as inspired by Charismatic Megafauna since I'm presently in the process re-applying for my man card.

This is one of the few training templates other than Westside for Skinny Bastards I've used for more than 2 months.

I'm not doing it religiously but the varied levels of intensity have helped me make gains in my running and currently my strength levels by leaps and bounds.

Played with my 230 pound field stone today for the first time in around a year. Wasn't great but it could have been much worse. Especially when I'm somewhere between 25 to 40 pounds lighter than the last time I did any work with it.

wrt that stone. my cousin's barber's niece sucked the cock of a guy who told me...never mind. can't really bother with Sig's deep cover routine.

saw the 230# stone party on facebook. that things looks to be a nasty bitch. the tape seemed warranted.

I've just read 'Training with Cerutty' by Larry Myers and 'Middle distance running' by Cerutty. Very interesting books. Both outline his views on training, racing, diet ect. Nothing different than has been reported here. Eats natural food, as raw as practical, avoids sugar, alcohol, dairy and too much red meat. 'Training with' has a number of different programmes for all the track and field sports (sprinting, marathons and throwing as well). If anyones interested i'll post em up.

Fuck yes!

I'm interested in anything I can get. I'm still using this as my core template.

Scanned a few pages with the the different plans. Each of the plans have both conditioning and comp prep and mid-comp schedule. Anything specific you want, let me know.

I'd be interested to know if Percy mentioned rep ranges in the
"Mid Distance Book".

Larry Myers had his book on Cerutty's methods published in 1975, the year Percy died. I am skeptical of a lot of that book for a number of reasons.

However, re-reading the file, the quality is pretty bad. Hope its some use, because I've already returned the books.

That's perfect, thanks brother.

EDIT: Oops, the workout routines are pretty hard to read...can anybody make out what he recommends under the "Cerutty's Training Plan for Joggers" section?
