i think that's more than a little exorbitant for someone who hasn't been kicked out of IGX yet

I could say i'd be willing to share resources about training that some of you have requested in the past and wait for another vulgar response so I'll just let it slide

While I don't have access to the MEGA, I think the following resources may be useful:

http://7chan.org/read.php?b=fit&t=2059&p=l50
https://volafile.io/r/QdHD9A

The volafile chatroom is setup by the 7chan people, aimed for organizing group buys etc. There is a constant stream of file uploads on the volafile, and they do not persist for too long. Some good material pops up. People tend to respond faster to requests in volafile too.. An inhouse IGX pool for group buys could be a useful idea, but what do I know?

You obviously don't know to introduce yourself in the FSF, even though you joined a few years ago and only have 2 posts.

help a brother out. When I look at the strength training folder and sort it by "created" descending, I see the latest is from November of last year.

Is this the way I am supposed to find out the latest files or is there an easier/correct way?

Click it again and it will go in ascending order, most recently added on top.

Ignore my last post. I misread yours.

You're looking at the subfolders in the strength folder. Look at the files (pdf, etc.) below the folders and you will see it.

Let's not give file names in a public setting.

I would like to set up some kind of request list, but not sure how to do it.

Suggestions would be welcomed.

EDIT: I set up a request folder.

If you have a request, make a text document and upload it with the name of the request as the filename to that folder. See my examples.

So let's say just supposing someone had a kindle file that might could get shared.

but let's say that someone had no idea how to convert it to pdf.

what advice would one give such a person?
