I put it you know where in the strength file in it's own folder.

I like some of Wiggy's stuff. I have a hard copy of that book somewhere. If I remember correctly, the brute strength version of the program is basically a more complicated version of Shaf's OTM. The other versions involve slowly reducing the rest per single till you hit 15-20 sec. then upping the weight and starting over again.
