I love guys who need 30 minutes of mobility training every day so they can bicycle, swing a kettlebell, or ruck march around their neighborhood.

The only guy I respect on this board is the weirdo who douses himself every morning. That's shameless eccentricity that takes commitment.

Program Minmum Minimum, some mace drills, and static stretching are dong me right. If I'm super short on time it's just goblet squats and stretching.
