My retarded question of the year

I recently inherited a clubbell collection. 2 x 45s and 2 x 35s.

I'm looking for instructional videos on using them. Sonnon has a 5x5 out but I'm not giving him a hundo.

Any help is appreciated.

Will trade, buy, whatever.

I'll give you his programme;

Start with the 35s, for five sets of five. When you can do that with good form, move on to the 45s.

You should give this a try:

- Armbar to TGU + Monkey Bar walks (brachiation seems to unfuck a lot of things).

- Assorted crawls (this fixed my shoulders big time).

- Child's pose to downward dog and thoracic bridges.

- KB halos.

+1 on the Arm Bar to TGU. Ad in a windmill at the top and you'll be set. I used that exact combo to get a bad shoulder to get its shit together.

Seriously. Fill a wiffle bat with sand or lead shot. For shoulder health you just have no need for anything over fifteen pounds. Any heavier and you're using the big muscles, not the small ones that benefit the most from clubbell work. Its like yoga. Its medicine, not exercise. knowing the difference between the two is a big deal.

Or you could make a pipe mace from material at Home Depot/Lowes. You can add plates to it if you want to add weight or put smaller pipes inside (see video). Made it just like the video but used a much longer handle and shorter body since I wouldn't need to add many plates. I also use a clamp to secure the plates in case the cap doesn't hold. Used the dimensions of Chris Duffin's Shoulderok and went from there.
