I eat 3 to 5 eggs every day. It's not that much. I eat red meat about once a week, replaced most of it with lentils, tofu, beans, etc.

Will eggs kill me? Maybe, but I don't smoke, I lift barbells 3-4 days a week, sleep enough, eat a fuckton of veggies, so I don't think so.
