Im on a break from judo, all my traing partners have gotten old and quit. Still lifting a bit

Good to have you here man. I'm in my mid-40s now and some of the shine is off the apple when I see how hard grappling is on my body. It's also weird seeing all the people you've trained with for decades slowly fade away, kinda spoils some of the social aspect of training.

This exactly. Kind of a drag when your the last one standing and realize father time is knockin.
