Got out of the bush three weeks ago. Spent the last three months tree planting.

Last three weeks has been Shiva Nata (1.2), yoga, j-mo, hindu squats/push-ups, sprints, rock climbing and biking around beautiful BC... and drinking loads of beer, natures weight gainer.

Life is good.
