Mate I don't really understand the hate towards GS (I read your entertaining blog). Going through your log, you are still doing 2 exercises, for time. Different rules but same essence.
Press is always better for strength than jerks (was competed in early GS days), swings should always be heavy. Where does the hard style come in exactly?

Before you get all fired up, I'm trying to understand, not judge. I'm from Europe, and I see the hardstyle/ GS as same shit just different. I think our scene is not quite like yours.

Have a head cold so my wind wasn't so great.

It's complex. Basically GS = Satan. I will always choose good over evil.

What are your thoughts on the ETK suggestion of interspersing ladders of some sort of pulls with your C & P ladders (such as pullups or one-arm rows)?

I like pull ups. I train outside so I don't have access to a pullup bar right now. I have tried it in the past and found my gains were a bit slower in my KB lifts. I'll try it again in the future.

Sun Salutations A & B 5 rounds each. Done outdoors. It took 20 minutes. Then I walked around a patch of woods for 10 minutes or so.

Swings all out effort 32kg rolled a 9 on the dice.

I have earned a rest. I will take 1 week off bells and resume with the 40kg in more of a true to ETK fashion sans swings.

This was a solid effort considering I have been on a Good Friday fast of nothing but black coffee and water.

Thank you. I guess I'll shoot for 5 x (1,2,3,4,5) in the C&P and solid swing work. I may start off doing the PM of TGUs and manmakers to feel my way around the 40kg.
