100 yards farmers walk.

Sun salutation A x 5.

Manmakers: swings with shooting baskets for 12 minutes.

Sun salutation B x 3.

100 yards farmers walk.

Nice all around workout. It goes without saying but just the kind of thing one could never accomplish with GS malarkey.

Funny, when I was doing "manmakers" with my 28kg ball, I didn't know they were called "manmakers." Same goes with the LOP DJ talked about. I agree, these are effective workouts for overall fitness.

Just got my "Power Yoga for Every Body" DVD. Did one 20 min. session. Like it.
Holding poses for longer is a challenge, but does a body good. Thanks for the tip, Komrade!

Have you tried sandbag get ups? If so,what do you think about them in comparison to the kettlebell version?

How does your body respond to the daily kbell workouts?
Do you go to failure on the farmers walks?
I am thinking about taking my 40 kilos for a walk now that the snow has disappeared.

I don't go to failure on anything, not even close. The farmer's walk is the distance from my car to the Bball court. If I could park closer I would and would gladly eliminate the farmer's walk. I lift HS 5 days a week and feel fine but I don't train more than 15 minutes at a stretch and I almost always do some yoga warm up and cool down. My form is impeccable and I am always scanning my body for potential injuries. Contrary to popular opinion I am almost never injured. If I feel imbalance I switch things up. I don't work through things like most douches around here.

Thanks for the quick answer.I think I wil add those together with one arm Sots press.Got some flexibility issues I have to deal with.
I liked yesterdays Moynihan post.I have noticed the same thing,people aren`t really interested in listening to people with training experience.
