Have not had time to keep up with this log, a lot going on at work. Training has gone well. Have pulled back training this week, have a team strongman Saturday 3/14/09. My next highland games is 3/28/09.

Nice training. I was wondering how often are you getting to do implement work? I ask because when I was training for the Highland games that was the hardest part to get down due to living in a city.

Good luck on your next comp.

Because of the strongman I did not start throwing like I like to. Now up to October I will throw 3 to 4 times a week.

Good deal man. I am going to start out with throwing 2 times a week with a BB day and increase from there.
