to preface the workout, I fucking hate commercial gyms at this time of year, I think in the future a term will be coined, "he went resolutional" referring to the massive influx of dipshits that flood a gym this time of year who seriously need a mercy killing. I know they pay their dues, but there should be a class on how to workout and common courtesies in a weight room. enough of my soapbox rant

Have forgot to post here lately. Been doing alot of cardio and lighter weights more reps for upper body.
