a1 one arm kb swing w/ 24kg kb 10+10
a2 TGU w/ same kb 5+5

a1 2 kb floor press while shrimping my hips x5
a2 resistance band row x10+10

a1 power wheel x5
a2 swiss ball skiers x10+10

3 rounds

hip escapes x50@side

triangles x50@side
