Was going to do as describe with the lighter balls but once I hit 10 on the 32 with my left arm I realized I was no big dog and should have stayed on the porch.

*wrist wraps and hobo gloves-had to switch to thicker hobo gloves after sets of 5. Wore a hole in the thin ones and fucked up both hands.


Approximately 36 minutes.

The 16 was more mental masturbation than anything. Once I made it through the 24's the 16 felt like it was nothing. But it'll be good for my head when I start back doing timed sets with the 16.
Fuckin right Ed! Soak them hands in some supersturated salt water every evening and they will be tough as nails in a day or two. C&P or C&J are my go to since I suck at snatching. When in doubt do some timed sets of swings too. Check your PM for an example.

Swear fo' God. It works every damn time, especially considering that it is not the callouses that tear but the pussy ass skin around it. The salt bath helps to toughen up the entire hand.

I've done fuck all since late Friday early Saturday. Work has been a fucking pain in the ass so my sleep pattern is all fucked up. Going to try and lift and run today if I have a good trip.

3-29 2 hours of run 5' walk 1' in the great town of Hooterville. Now I'm enjoying a nice ice bath along with a few Fat Tires to kill the pain. Focused on light feet, upright posture, and fast turnover (props to Barefoot Ted). The good thing about this town is you can run mainly sidewalks and still spend 15 to 25 percent of the time on dirt, brick, and broken ground. Felt strong throughout with minimal blistering.

Fuck me. No wonder my fucking knees feel like they've been beat with a hammer.

A lot of the presses with my left arm were done with a bit of side lean. Felt weaker than piss at first but I seemed to get a bit more energy as I progressed.

Sipping a Mothership Whit and reading Deep Survival in the sun on the back porch. Baked potatoes are in the oven and I'll start prepping the grill for the nearly 4 pounds of ribeyes I picked up at the meat market today.

Long cycle clean and push press (maybe a jerk but more of a push press I think)
3x3' 10 rpm 2' rest between each set

5 sprints on the road in my Vibrams.

Worked out with Eva T today. She seems to have softened up a bit and shaved her head but she's still a monster.
