3. Pull-ups: A few. Pull/chin ups have been hurting my elbows for a couple of weeks, so maybe I need to lay off for a few days. I think what I really need is to start using barbells to go heavier with my back work.

I'm starting to develop a gnarly blister on my right foot, so it's time to toss these 3 year old shoes and switch to a newer pair. Did a few pull ups at the park too, and felt some discomfort in my elbows again.

4. Straddle steps: ~30 left/right
5. Straight-leg sit-ups: ~45
6. Leg stretches: ~5 mins

Took a wider grip for the pull-ups, and my elbows felt fine. I think the wider grip helped me recruit my back more.

Ate a whole bag of vegetable stir fry for lunch, which amounts to 6 servings of veggies and 150 calories. I think I'll have that as a meal every day for a while if I can, as it's easy to prepare, delicious, and healthy.

Lol, thanks. I like the jet-engine zebra/pegasi the most, I think.

I've been around, just busy with shit. Started the new job, and I've got exams the week of October 18, so I'm doing what I can to finish reading these two huge reading lists. One is British Lit 1500-1660, the other is Literary Criticism and Theory; so it's pretty slow going. I like a lot of the Brit Lit, but don't enjoy a lot of the Crit/Theory stuff.

2. Play with barbell: 45#, then 95#. A few reps of each of these: Deadlifts, Romanian deads, rows, power cleans, presses, behind the neck presses, back squats. This was a nice way to warm up.

4. OA db rows: 25#x10 l/r. 50x10. 65x10x3.
