Popped a rib out of the spinal socket according to the chiro. Then tried to rack a pair of 32's anyway. It hurt a little. Couldnt turn my head for a week.

Still a constant dull pain but it is going away just in time to fly home for 2 week vacation.

Those are words we all could have said too many times. I'm trying to be much more cognizant of first pain now that my body heals so much more slowly. Hope you feel better soon. I recall seeing a Hartzell vid about this very injury. Maybe you can find it. Good luck on the vacation.
