Operation Secret Squirrel

This is the plan starting next week.

Cardio, endurance, and Nav training

Monday: Run 1.5 miles
Tuesday: Run 3 miles
Wednesday: Ruck march Starting w/ 5 working up to 10 miles
Thursday: Swim
Friday: Run 2 miles
Saturady: Land Nav walk

Strength and endurance training

Monday: Push ups, sit ups, and Hindu squats
Tuesday: Gada, Pull ups, Kbs
Wednesday:OFF
Thursday Push ups, sit ups, and Hindu squats
Friday: Gada, Pull ups, Kbs
Saturday: Push ups, sit ups, and Hindu squats

1.5 mile run in the am.

Push ups for time

1 set of the following

90 sec
60 sec
45 sec
30 sec
15 sec

Same for sit ups.

Hindu squats

4 sets of 50
