24 kg Snatch test = First time I've done this, got a measly 33/33

Then the second set was supposed to be 60 minus the result for each hand in the test. In theory I should have done 27/27
but I managed only 18/18. I did 9/9 to make up the 60 as a third set.
20 kg Pulls = 5 x 12
Bach extensions + 5 kg = 4 x 10
I am not an expert in snatch of course. But look at this video. Such drops easier to hands.

i made its video for my "student", may be you will find there something without translate.

Bill,

Thanks very much. I'll try that next time I train. That video was when I first tried a snatch test with 24 kg. It felt REALLY heavy.

25/05/10

2 x 24 kg Jerk = 4 x 3:00

6,6,6
6,6,7
6,7,7
6,7,8 RPM

50 kg Squats = 4 x 10
Box jumps = 1 x 30
Pull ups = 1 x 8

Bill I've seen your video, you don't look like her at all :yawinkle:

OK, I haven't written anything here for ages. Two reasons, when I run my Garmin watch puts everything on their site, when I do GS my coach gives me everything and I report back to him. Back to the present, at the moment I'm just mixing it up with barbells, KBs and running so I'll keep a log because I can't remember what I did from one week to the next.

06/09/11

Military Press = 22.5 kg x 5, 25 kg x 5, 27.5 kg x 9
Long Cycle = 2 x 16 kg - 4:00 @ 8 RPM
Chins = 1, 2, 3, 4, 1, 2, 3

08/09/11

Deadlift = 67.5 kg x 5, 77.5 kg x 5, 87.5 kg x 8
Snatch = 16 kg - 6:00 @ 16 RPM
Dips = 1, 2, 3, 1, 2,

10/09/11

Bench Press = 32.5 kg x 5, 35 kg x 5, 40 kg x 9
Long Cycle = 2 x 16 kg - 5:00 @ 7 RPM
Chins = 1, 2, 3. Didn't have time to do more because I had to go out.

11/09/11

Trained with a hangover and felt like shit.

Squat= 45 kg x 5, 52.5 kg x 5, 60 kg x 7
Snatch = 12 kg - 10:00 @ 16 RPM
Hanging knee raises = 10, 10
