shouldering-3x10
getups---agggrhh! tried bag one each side -tried reverse tgus -too tired- grabbed one 53kb by the horns and did 7x1 each side grrrrr
bodyweight rows-3x10
hindu pushups 2x15
fuck i forgot the situps!

I agree completely. I own a barbell and hope to have it setup in the next month or so for deadlifting at least. But all in all I enjoy the kettlebell work the most.

felt good -might add a set to all of them..

Im gonna take a week and just chill..Ive been ramping up this whole time ...some walks ..some pull ups ...maybe some sandbag work..and a shit ton of DEFTONES...I want to do some meditation and really just relax a little...then jam next week

I walked three times this week . I did some pull ups . I did my explosive workout yesterday..will do some bodyweight schtuff tommorrow ..let the diet slide a touch and am ready to get back at it hardcore come monday..I have had many comments to the effect .."hey , you lift weights alot dont you?" wich is nice .beats the shit out of "you are a big fan of pizza hut arent ya?'..Im down to the last notch on my belt ..or i was ..I take it all day to day I dont think about the future too much..but , Its really gonna be cool to see what happens in the next couple years .

Last week .helped my buddie build the fuckin wall of china in his back yard and friday did explosive workout

Today heavy 88s
cl and mill 3x5..felt real strong almost added a set
bent rows 3x5 these are easy, 106rs on this next week
front squats3x5--these I dont think will ever feel "easy"
dual swings 3x5..getting waist high

With the nice weather ,it seems to bring out the Asshole in most titty bar patrons. I was called everything but a whiteboy last weekend and had a glass shattered on me..swung on in the parking lot...good times. Im going to krav Maga tonight..not the fuckin strip mall fuckin class i got horn swaggled into last time but some cats that seem to mean it.... Thinking about Datu Kelly Worden seminar here in a bit..

5x3 dual 88s clean and mill press
5x5 DUAL 106rs bent rows
1x1 shitty clean dual 106rs

tommorrow will be heavy front squats and swings

Go Econo if it's just going to be you using it a couple of times a week.. I've had an Econo for a couple of years and even though I keep it at the local boxing gym it doesn't get used much. The skids are only slightly worn.

If you are going to training in a large group and using a shit ton of weight with people pushing it 3 to 5 times a week, week in and week out upgrade to the regular Prowler.

I love my Prowler. It is quite possibly the best piece of equipment I have ever bought.

clean dual 106s to FAIL
drop to 1x3 dual 88s frontsquat

50 bodyweight squats ass to grass slow .. Im gonna get there

I walked this morning and i warmed up with a thousand meter row before this workout.

I have alot on my mind . So I pared it down.

ladies and gentlemen that SUCKED right there.I hadnt done it in a while .Glareing weakness is the core .Im telling ya, this workout is just the nuts . I dont see why this couldnt be a wednesday workout forever and ever amen .Mixing and matching imlplements , adding a weightvest just on and on and on.

Whelp ..Im takeing it way easy..seems I have had my first real injury and I have the need to stay off my right elbow and tendons in that area..I have never felt this before and am a little perplexed at it as Its hard to explain it ,,My elbow is very stiff at full extension and If I flex my hand back , twords my body its burns ..tendons I would guess..I will have to go the the doctor..It seems.
