4:45-6:05 Combined Martial Studies Group training.

4:45-5:35 FMA
Broken 7 drills, Cutting drills, 4 Wall drills, double stick.
5:40-6:05 Assult drills.

6:15 - 6:50pm Workout

DLs and RMPs
DL 235 x 6, 265 x 5, 285 x 5, 305 x 3 (3 hook grip, last 2 stagger)
RMP 62# x 5/5, 70# x 3/3/1/1, 80 x 1/1> 70# x 3/3, 70 x 4/4/1/1.

Workout

A- 25 minutes
DLs 285# x 2, 2, 2, 2.
RMPs 53#s x 5/5, 70# x 2/2, 2/2, 2/2.
Pull ups 8 , 7, 7, ?

ALt Snatch/Press 53#KB, Palms and Elbows on Bob, 90 degre rows in a circuit for 12 minutes.

45 minute Yoga class.

Circuit
Push ups with Power PUs, Walking Lunges and KTE's for 20 minutes.

Windmill 53# x 5/5> Bent Row x 10/10 x 2.

Roman Chair sit ups 4 sets of 10 slow tempo.

15 minutes of Yoga.

Sat. Jujutsu- We worked in street clothes. we did reaction drills.

Mon

I worked Piston kicks gut and knee level, Round kicks rib, inner thigh and knee level, Knees to groin and legs all in the air.

I worked Open hand blows, Elbos and Pistron Kicks on Bob and a Sheild tied to Bob's base.

Did 90 rows. and 15 minutes of Yoga.
