Did not feel great very beat down. If I was smart I would hve gone home and took a nap.

Barbell dl collars = 12lbs, 2 - 100lbs plates, 2 - 1 1/4 plates to get the odd weight

April is going to be a big HG month for me, 4 games in 5 weeks. I am going to be throwing a lot more and just training with kbs and some strong man stuff. I would like to go into April feeling real good.

threw shot, light weight and hammer

I was talking to the friend I was throwing with about his dl. He has made some big jumps and he credits it to ghr. He thinks it has helped his throwing too. I have a roman chair that I have been doing them on, the pad in the front is not the best the foot plate works well. So I am going to pick it up on them. He is doing about 60 to 80 3 to 4 times a week. He does his at the end, I am going to work mine in between sets. I am going to try it and see what is happens

I am feel throwing strong, I feel great. I think the time off from squats and dls is working out good for me and my throwing. I will see on the 9th

We have a small lat pulldown machine in the garage, I use it for GHR's. I turn around and hook my ankles under the pads and put my knees in the seat. Hi-tech redneck.
