LOL

My face ain't that fat. But I see the resemblance.

Much like niggers all bearded rednecks look the same.

7-3
Run
1.1 road miles 7' 54"

B squats with cattleballs
all sets x5 ea leg
16 - 24 - double 16s - 32 - 16 and 24 light ball over flat foot - 16 and 24 light ball over heel up foot - double 24s - 88 over heel up foot - 88 over heel down foot

10 front squats double 24s

Nice squat workout. Going to squat every day this week. I'm not disappointed in the run. A little over a mile in under 8 minutes isn't bad for my slow ass. I could have maybe shaved 5 or 10 seconds off of it and I may have been able to do it in 7.5 minutes at the track but I'm not all that worried about time right now. I just felt like doing a little test mile on the hilly streets of FTG. I've been spending way too much time on flat track and flat trails.

Happy Fourth of July

Remember today is the day that Uncle Sam defeated Zombie Hitler in the war of 1492 to insure that Columbus became the first God Emperor of the Combined Land Masses of America.

7-4
Firecracker run
A frog hair over 3 miles in 27' 20". Again, it ain't fast but it's fast enough for the mid 80s with 74% humidity.

I've ate real damned good this weekend. Too good. But fuck it I'm on vacation.

Gonna push the lawn mower in a bit.

Thanks brother.

I've stalled again but it's by choice.

Eased up on the intensity, eating what I want, and just taking it easy while I'm off.

Well fucked up and had a few drinks with the Amazon so not so dry anymore. I can't deny how good a cold beer tastes but I know I don't have to have it and the lack of drink worked well with my diet so back on the wagon. I've had a good two weeks off of work. Disney World was a a nice mixture of fun and suffering but I loved the time with my wife, kids, mom and dad.

Took a break from my training, 10 days to be exact. Nothing but walking around Disney World and swimming a couple if times. Took almost a week to stop hurting.

Back at it today.

7-18
2 mile run 18:05 on the track
1st mile 9:45
2nd mile 8:20
20# med ball throws
20 back
20 front
10 right arm front
10 left arm front
Cut these short since my homemade med ball was coming undone.
Ab wheel hand walk of suffering
Approximately 100 yards maybe a bit over. 10 intervals/legs to finish

Glad you enjoyed yourself. And I can't let you fall off the first page.

What's the training going to be looking like for the near future. Some Broz-lite?

Not doing much.

Switched to a daylight job after vacation that works 4 days one week (Wed thru Sat) and 6 days the next (Mon thru Sat). I get up at 5 every morning and either ride or drive to work. Luckily every other day I go on duty about 15 minutes from the house so I'm home every night. But I'm working anywhere from 8 1/2 to 14 hours a day and it's kind of cutting into my motivation. I'm getting up an hour early on Tues, Thurs, and Sat to do cattleball EDT workouts and I ran once this week and will try and run this evening and again tomorrow or Sunday if it isn't too hot and I don't work 10 hours today.

My plan right now is cattleball EDT Tues, Thurs, and Sat early AM, some kind of random heavy cardio on Sundays i.e. chain bag carries, chain bag lifts for time, medball throws, ab wheel walks, farmers, etc, and I'll squeeze 3 to 4 running sessions in as I can. I'm also planning on doing more grappling but that hinges on what time I get off work each day.

To tell the truth between my work hours and the fact that the fucking stupid level on here is off the fucking chart lately I'm just not posting as much lately. So if I continue my log here it may just be a weekly update.

Thanks for checking in, hit me up on FB if you need anything, I check it every day.
