1 minute gos & rope climbs

Lotta hard work, hit some great sweeps, heavy on top, moved well.
Gotta continue to work hard on the wrestling.

Working reversing a pass, & then structured guard.
Free rolled about 20 minutes. Lots of fun.

Rolled a bunch.
Passed great, swept well except a couple of blown chances. Such is life. Continue working on developing a sense of urgency when a 300 pound man is passing the guard.

X-Guard entry & swiss ball drills.
Butterfly sweeps, different combos on the handles, but same same makes it work.

Free roll:
1 minute gos, lots of them, lots of good things, but need to remember, when a 409 lbs. man is passing your guard, freak the fuck out & don't stop moving until you're out. Don't worry about being smooth with the technique, just get the fuck outta there.

PM LIft:

45 minutes of mount escapes with all kinds of different opponents. Did really well. Getting much better at mount escapes.
