I did the Five Tibetan Rites for a while and liked them quite a bit. Not sure why I stopped. Keep us updated on how you are liking them.

Back Squats 5 sets of 10 reps with 205
Zercher squats 5 set of 10 reps with 95

1 hour of shoveling snow.

Have you tried the 6th Tibetan rite? ( Celibacy I think,would rather die!).
