Again i say 531. Do your main lift as detailed then freestyle the rest.
I'd say on the bottom of that self-actualisation pyramid shit, proper decent coffee is in there with wifi, tits, food and shelter

As a young lifter I would have killed for the advice you're pissing on! :axe:

You're wasting your fucking breath.

He's making progress let him be. He obviously knows better than the rest of us.

I'm done trying to help.

I'm not pissing on anybodies advice. And I really appreciate it. The problem is I just can't stick for a routine for more than a couple of weeks without getting bored the hell. And I probably would make even more progress when I would stick to a routine for a longer period of time. I just find it much more enjoyable without one.

Sprint—80% Day
Sprint, focus on knee lift - 4 sets of 100 Meters, intensity 80%

Warming-up:
High Knees
A-skip, B skip
Butt kicks
Backwards run

Training schedule had to be pushed forward because I got the flu Monday night. But it's going better know. I decided to incorporate some sprinting in my training after reading this article: http://www.t-nation.com/free_online_art ... dy_fat&cr=

It fits very well with my upper/lower split. Decided not to do the whole split thing after. It was nice for one week, but prefer the upper/lower split I was doing before.
