Next week is my last week on BLABA and I definitely like this program. It's going very well. Will do it again at some point.

December is always a busy month, so it's good to be coming in somewhat strong & somewhat fit. Next few weeks will be even more infrequent and brief unfortunately.

I am indeed oop north. Not heard of that place tho - where is it?

Past few days training:

02/12 - cardio

JM then jump rope for 8 x 2:00 rounds with 1:00 active rest in between.

04/12 - barbells

JM & bar complexes to warm up, then

1a: Push Jerk - 40kg, 50kg x 5, 67.5kg x 3 x 5
1b: Fat Bar curl - 15, 25kg x 5, 40kg x 3 x 5
2. TBDL - 116, 161, 183.5kg x 5
3. FSQ - 60, 70kg x 5, 87.5kg x 3 x 5
4a: Chin - bw+10kg x 3 x 5
4b: dip - bw+10kg x 8,8,7

doing some extra work at the mo which is quite physical so energy levels are lower than usual - hence also reason for reducing my top weight dl's to just one set.

walking today.

http://www.strengthandperformance.co.uk/

Seems to be the main UK gym employing Defranco/Evn-Esh style training and social media whoring.

VERY infrequent check-in it seems...

Past couple of months have been yoga in the mornings, and barbell work 3-4 times a week.

Some highlights:

C&J 225lbs
FSQ 305lbs
Snatching much, much less than this
Wtd chin bw+45lbs x 5x5

Want to work towards a 250 c&j and a bw snatch (185 ish) in the next few months. FSQ & chins can just steadily increase, all being well.

cheers, I'd like to still post here daily as I like the feedback and exchange of ideas but time is short at the mo and somethings have to give! Thought I'd instead opt for a Bux-esque periodic check-in to reflect on general trends etc. Right now I'm trying to dial in my diet a bit to meet the needs of training without piling on needless weight - can't afford a new wardrobe apart from anything else...
