Nightman, someone mentioned that you trained under Rudnev. Is it true? I am just curious. Sergey is training me right now, and I cannot be happier about the process.

Yes, I had trained under him for about 2 years.

Great coach, even better for you since you're a native speaker. I have nothing but good things to say about him as a coach and a person.

What event are you training for?

Not bad, fighting some sickness and the stress of hosting.

Much happier about being able to catch up with EZ, Ginny, Shaf and CImes.

Great hanging out with you and all the others! Very nice meet. Loved your gym. Running a meet, coaching and then lifting is no joke. Emily and I will definitely keep this one in our plans next year.

Long cycle

18/70/10'

Harder than the 16s (duh), more fatigued than I thought from Tuesday's set.

Lost my timing a few times, just out of practice.

Coach says we'll talk about long cycle after the first of the year and we'll pick what's best for me moving forward for 2014.

Saturday will be with the 20s. We'll see how it goes.

Long Cycle

20/42/6'

Easier than the 10' with the 18s. Clean has always been my nemesis. So far so good.

Travel back to WI tomorrow, should be funny checking 2, 20kg bells at DFW.
