PM Gi BJJ:
Trained up to the cousins place in SLC. Passed a brown belt's guard repeatedly for practice for 45 minutes until he broke & then worked with Eddie on some intricacies of my bottom game.

Lunch No Gi:
Warmed up with some takedowns on a lightweight, then rolled mat work top & bottom with the 430 lb. monster. Getting powerful, aligned, structured, & technical. I like this feeling.

AM No Gi:
Got some drill on, then some 1 min goes with a varied group. Did good stuff.

PM Gi:
Taught a few submissions from side control. Higher level ones, takes some nuance.

PM No Gi:
Taught mount escapes, then some free roll. Lots of warm ups with the foundational movements for a proper mount escape.

Lunch No Gi:
Wrestling. A lot of it. Drilling anti-headlock series. Then some wrestling live.
First to ten takedowns, & I was on fire today. Didn't give up a one to 3 different opponents. I am pummeling well & slipping ties & setting up shots & forcing & scoring off of opponent's bad shots.

Been wrestling a lot.
Been jiu jitsuing a lot.
Taken up some running, gonna do a half marathon this year.
Been doing 3 miles at a crack to get my body used to running.
Down from my first run of 29:40, to 22:59 tonight. Gonna add some mileage, but I got a good buddy who's bringing me along in this slowly.
